Yale Electronic Lock FAILURE

Yale Electronic Lock Failure

A customer was unable to access a locked Yale Electronic Deadbolt lock due to a faulty electronic lock that did not respond to most input numbers. The lock is tight and difficult to access, but it is discovered that attaching a 9-volt battery to the terminals can override the lock, despite worries about the lock’s faults and battery fitting issues.
