Realtor Lock Box Theft

This is an uncommon realtor lockbox theft where thieves used a torch instead of a grinder to open the lockbox. The lockbox contained a fob and a key to a condo unit but did not specify which unit it was for.

Despite the usual motive behind such thefts being to access and steal from storage or bike lockers within the property, no thefts have been reported in this instance so far.
