My Commercial / Residential Lishi Lock Picks:

Schlage Classic
Lishi SC1(5 Pin Schlage “C” Keyway)
Lishi SC4 (6 Pin Schlage “C” Keyway)
Lishi SC20 (6 Pin Schlage “L” Keyway)

Schlage Everest
Lishi C123 (6 Pin Schlage C123 Keyway)

Kwikset
Lishi KW1 (5 Pin Kwikset KW1 Keyway)
Lishi KW5 (6 Pin Kwikset KW10 Keyway)

I am building on my collection of Lishi Picks. Their are different manufacturers and I will have more videos comparing the pros and cons of each of them. I would say 95% of my lockouts with regular locks, I just use, that’s my favorite picks or the tension wrench. That does 95% of what I have to do. I have the Lishi Kwikset 5-Pin, and the 6-Pin. Now, I’ve never, you know, Kwiksets are no problem to pick, so, now, regular Kwiksets, I’ll do another whole thing on the SmartKey, and using these on this. I’ll tell you right now, it doesn’t work for me, but we’ll see. I have more experiments to do. So, I don’t really need these, but I got have them in the kit. I don’t have problems with a lot of the clones, but, basically I got the 5-Pins LIshis.

I have serveral Schlage Lishi Picks in my collection. Schlage and the Off Shore or Clones, SC1 and SC4 are very popular locks.

Also, I have the Lish SC20 for 6-Pin whick will fit and pick most of the Common Classic Keyways (E, EF, F, etc.) and the SC1 / SC4 keyways.

The Schlage Everest locks / keyways can be difficult to pick. The Everest C123 is very popular in Commerical and some Residential applications. And the Everest S129 is another future popular keyway

Now, the real reason I bought the kit, and I’ve had some reasonable success, is the new Everest, this is the C123 Keyway. They have a whole pile of Keyways coming up there, so, hopefully they’ll make a, a, master version, in the Everest series. But, it’s a difficult lock to pick, the C123. When you get a, there’s now we have some offshores, but if you have the original, 6-Pin, key-to-factory because I have a hard time, and I know there’s the check PIN in the bottom, you know, to pick the lock, but, I have a hard time with these. So, this, has been, and I’ll show you some of the modified tools I use to get around the check PIN, but, this is kinda interesting. Right out of the box, it works, it gets the check PIN out of the way, and then I can pick the 6-Pin, C123, the Everest series. So, I really, this is, this is okay so far, so I’m impressed.

I had an interesting lockout the other day. It was a Schlage Lever Lock with a Schlage 6 pin lock (SC4). I tried to pick the lock but I could not read the Lishi spaces and depths because it was upside down. Apparently, they have a left hand and a right hand version of the Lishi SC4.

Different Manufactures of the Lishi style of pick and I will do a comparison between the different ones, what’s the pros and cons.

More videos coming soon.
